P90X
I have been at battle with myself whether or not I should do P90X. One, I would have to wake up really early to exercise (I'm not a morning person) or do it while the kids are awake and completely ignore them for an hour and let them tear everything apart. Two, I wouldn't be able to follow the P90X diet plan because it would cost too much and feeding six people on a daily bases is a work out in its self. I'd rather eat the one meal that I fixed for everyone instead of preparing two different meals three times a day. Three, I would have to sacrifice my precious time with my children for the next three months to do P90X. These three things have been a struggle for me. I finally decided to go for it. Right now I am on week three and I have lost 7 pounds and saw results on day three. Now I'm faced with another challenge, my kids and husband. I have had to deal with two terrible two year old, four year with middle child syndrome and a six year old who is into back talking and is very emotional. Spencer and I have been fighting a lot more and I hate how everything turns upside down when Mom is trying to make herself feel better for once. It's like we have to feel like crap for the rest of our lives so the family can function. Spencer has been doing P90X as well, but we don't exercise together. Thank Goodness! I have been very sore, tired, emotional, irritated, moody and stressed. I'm beginning to wonder if P90X is worth it anymore. I have more confidence in my self each week I complete P90X, but I'm having a hard time balancing everything. I know these trials seem minor compared to some, but I just needed to get this all off my shoulders, so thanks for listening.
